What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), the financial data and files you upload (bank transactions, trial balances, chart of accounts), and basic usage/log information needed to operate the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the bookkeeping features you request, to operate and secure the Service, to process subscription payments, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase/Postgres for the database and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing). Access is restricted per account using database row-level security so you only see your own organizations and companies.
Security & your responsibility
We use reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login and for keeping independent backups; we are not liable for losses from unauthorized access, theft, or data loss (see the Terms).
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us; some records may be retained as required for legal or tax purposes.
